Happy Together #2

This is another card I made to swap in Reno. It is the same card I made several days ago but I used different colors (Chocolate Chip and Real Red). I finished the cards up in my hotel room and propped it up on my bed so I could take a picture of it! This stamp set is called Happy Together and I think it is one of my new favorites.

Reno

Yesterday I attended my first Stampin' Up! Regional Seminar in Reno. This is one of the cards I brought to swap with other Stampin' Up! demonstrators. I had a great time being in a room full of people who love to create cards and papercrafts as much as I do. I received many beautiful cards and have many new ideas that I want to try out when I get home!

I truly love my Big Shot and used it for a lot of my card. It is a big purchase but so worth it. I also own another machine that is not a Stampin' Up product but it can't emboss as the Big Shot machine does which is why I turn to it again and again. For this card I used the Polka Dot embossing folder and the Embosslit die Simple Flower. I will post the other products I used on the card when I get home!

Another Bird Punch Card

Here is another card made with the Extra Large Two Step Bird Punch. This was made by Carmen who was one of the participants at the workshop I held on Saturday. If you look closely you can see the glitter and rhinestones that she added to the flowers! So pretty!

This is a great time to order from Stampin' Up! because you can earn free products! For every $50 that you spend, you can choose from one free Sale-a-bration product OR at the back of the catalog, there are 77 stamp sets from the main catalog to choose from that are FREE! Our new Occasions Mini has so many new products including our clear mount sets. You can still choose the wood blocks but also have the opportunity for clear mount ones as well. If you would like to see what's inside of the catalogs, click on the catalogs on the right side of this post. If you would like to place an order, email me or you can go to my Stampin' Up! website and place the order yourself. The order will be delivered right to your home. Let me know if you have any questions!!

Thinking of You

This card was inspired by a similar one in a magazine (Stampin' Success) that Stampin' Up! demonstrators receive each month. I changed a few things but the way it turned out. I used two items from the Occasions Mini Catalog: the Extra Large Two Step Bird Punch (which also comes with the branch he is on) and Old Olive 5/8 inch satin ribbon. The texture on the Rich Razzleberry cardstock was achieved by using the Big Shot and the Elegant Bouquet Textured Impressions embossing folder. I used a Stampin' Dimensional on the bird's wing to create lift. My sentiment "Thinking of You" is part of a hostess set (Kind and Caring Thoughts) at level 3. You can choose this set when you have a $500 order. If you have any questions about this card or anything else on my website, don't hesitate to email me! Thanks for stopping by!

Heart Treat Cups

This card was made using the Heart Treat cups in the Occasions mini as well as the Sending Love designer series paper. I was inspired by a card that Melissa Stout made. You can see a video tutorial that she created on her website. Once you arrive, look at the top and you will see "Video Tutorials." Click that and it will take you to her YouTube videos. This is the first card I've made using these treat cups and think I will make some more this week to give to co-workers. If you would like to place an order, or just have questions, please email me! Thanks for stopping by.

Double Color Medallion

Here's another card I made with the medallion stamp. This time I stamped it with Almost Amethyst and then used a dauber and applied Night of Navy. It was the first time I had tried this technique and next time I think I will add more of the darker color for a bolder image. I used a filigree brad in the center. I love these brads! Did you know that you can order Stampin' Up! products any time you want? You can email me or go right to my website and order it yourself. After arriving at the website, click SHOP NOW which is under my name on the top right. Your order will be sent right to your home! Click here if you would like to go to my website. Medallion

I made this card using the Medallion stamp. I've had it for a few months and this was the first time I used it. Wow, it sure is a bold stamp! I used Night of Navy and Almost Amethyst cardstock. I stamped the image directly onto Whisper White cardstock two different times so that I could cut out the center section. Then I attached it using Stampin' Dimensionals. I put a pearl from the Pretties kit using a glue dot. This card was part of a set that I gave to someone for her birthday today! Thanks for visiting!
