Valentine's Day Card

It's almost Valentine's Day! Today I have a card for you that is similar to one I posted a few weeks ago and you can see it here.  My large heart is keeping the card closed and the two panels open up.  I used a 4 1/4 inch piece of paper that I scored at 3 inches and 8 inches.   My hearts on the left hand side were made using the Full Heart punch but the one on the right is from the Hearts a Flutter Framelits.  I love the scalloped edge.  I also used That's the Ticket stamp set and punched it out with the Ticket Duo Builder punch.  My paper is More Amore from the Spring catalog.   Sweet Friend was punched out with the Petite Curly Label punch which can be yours FREE with a $50 order!  Did you know that the Ciao, Baby! stamp set in the Spring Catalog also has images that can be used with this punch?  for this card, I stamped Sweet Friend from the set Fabulous Phrases and then punched them out.  They fit inside perfectly!!

Especially for You Kraft Box

Today I've decorated one of our Kraft boxes.  You can purchase 4 boxes for $2.95 AND they are made out of food-safe material.  If you have a catalog you can find them on page 161.  I decorated my sides and top with our More Amore Designer Series Paper and Primrose Petals card stock.  My oval scallop was cut out of Pool Party DSP and stamped with a sentiment from the set Made for You.  It is so quick and easy to put together.  Get some yummy chocolate or Almond Roca, place it inside and wrap it up with some Very Vanilla seam binding.  Who wouldn't love to receive candy wrapped up as pretty as can be??

Sweet Friend Bag

We also made this bag at my Hostess Club yesterday.  It is such a cute little size.  You could put candy in it but for the person who really doesn't like candy (or is trying to stay away from it), you could make several 3x3 cards and envelopes to tuck inside. Tomorrow I will have a 3x3 card that you could make to match the bag.  The inspiration for my bag came from Angie Juda.  She made one at Christmas time and I thought it would be perfect with our new More Amore DSP.
