Make a Wish

I love cards that remind me of handmade quilts which is why this card was so much fun to make.  I punched squares with the Sprinkles and Sunshine Designer Series Paper using my Postage Stamp punch.  My pinwheel center is a flattened Soda Pop Top (love these). I punched a heart using the Owl Builder punch, placed it in the center and added Crystal Effects to make it nice and shiny! I can't wait to try using different papers with this pattern! This is another card inspired by Maggie Patterson and Ronda Wade.
